Finalize Ideas Selection Phase 1 with Top 50 most voted ideas
Sending of nominee partnership/shareholder agreement and business partnership agreement to co-owners
Co-owners vote for the final 10 business ideas
Co-ownership registration continues to open for one year
Award US$1,000 to the contributors of final 10 business ideas
A maximum of three of the ten business ideas will be selected for implementation by the interim Gogme LA Management Team in the first year
Action Phase
Implement business ideas based on the wiki-biz-plan
Create the first market test platform based on the industry of the selected business idea
Market test the business venture on the market test platform
Upon passing the market test, more resources will be placed the ensure the success of the business venture
The first market test platform and the first business venture will share the same infrastructure and resources until a justified economical need to split into two separate business entity
Facilitate other companies and first-time entrepreneurs to market test their products/services on the market test platform
Reward Phase
Yearly Profit Sharing
Franchise opportunities open in the second year or until reached sustainable profitability

I want to get the right idea!
Hi Gogme,
I would like to clear out any misunderstanding i might have toward this patent pending business model of yours.
Please correct me if any of the followings is not correct. I have many ideas in mind and i would like to contribute to this site. But I would like to ensure that any idea i give will have at least some benefit to me other than seeing my idea being stolen/benefits by other while I got nothing..

If i participate in any discussions, internet voting, giving comments and contributing ideas
- i will earn gogme points
This points is not convert-able to money right?
It can only be used as a key advantages in the competition of becoming 1 of 3,000 entrepreneurs to participate as co-owners of a business. right?
To become 1 of a business co-owner, one have to pay the fees and a start-up capital (each US$75 and US$100)
If one does not pay the fee and start-up capital, he/she would not have a share of profits gain from the business idea (tho' he/she did the thinking). His/her part ends when the business launched. One has to believe of his/her own idea.. and become 1 of the co-owner.
Entitled entrepreneurs to the business project (which gogme arrange) will carry out the discussed matured business plan to a (hopefully) successful business.
Then if the business if a success:
> when success, will return profits and this profits will be fairly distributed to co-owners according to their percentage of start-up capital contribution.
> if fail:
all start-up capital will be lost, but since it is diversified, the lost aint hurt much (cheap loss).
Questions:
Does the points gained from one contribution to a project can be used to compete in other project?
I post an idea to Gogme. Happens, it is selected to be carried out. Who are my worker/staff?
Who are the entrepreneurs that will carry my business?
Will i have contacts/connection with my fellow workers/staff/co-owners?
Who will help me if anything goes wrong when the business plan is executed?
What if someone rich steal the idea posted in this website and runs it way before our global community execute the business plan? He has everything it takes to run the business. He just haven't thought of the plan earlier..

The points is not convertable to money. These points can be used to bid for franchises. There are bid bonus for idea contributor and premium co-owner.

The points gained can be used to bid for franchises in all projects.
I post an idea to Gogme. Happens, it is selected to be carried out. Who are my worker/staff?
The Gogme interim team consists of me and my co-founders. I will be your staff during the first few ventures. Co-owners can participate in the selection of new staff. Gradually, the co-owners will select good and capable staff to form a "dream" team.
Who are the entrepreneurs that will carry my business?
All co-owners will carry out the business collectively. Everyone can vote and participate in decision making, business planning an other business activities. Through business blogs and twitters, staff will update daily business activities and challenges faced.
There are two method of co-operation, "free idea for the community" and "partnership with the community".
In "free idea for the community", all business decisions will be made collectively by the co-owners.
In "partnership with the community", the voting power and profit sharing depends on the stake between the contributor and community. The contributor is encouraged to come to Singapore to carry out the the business with the Gogme interim team during the startup phase.
Will i have contacts/connection with my fellow workers/staff/co-owners?
You can contact all your staff/co-owners through a business networking platform. This platform can only be accessed by staff and co-owners.
Who will help me if anything goes wrong when the business plan is executed?
Do you mean during the franchise phase? During the startup phase, the business plan is executed by the community. All problems and planning will be sorted out before it reaches the franchise phase. If you have problems with the franchise, the community and Gogme LA will provide you with the assistance. We may invite business experts or advisers to work with us during the startup phase as well.

Well, if an idea cannot be patented, it will be copied anyway. Do keep ideas you can implement to yourself. Being a pioneer in a market carries considerable risks. Let the rich test the business for us. What can't be replicated is the wisdom of the crowd from the community of co-owners.
