Hi Abbmiy, thanks for your comment. Actually, i have subscribe to web2sms solution providers that have licenses with all major networks in Nigeria. The project is at advance stages, although still looking for VC fund as you rightly said and also I'm looking for health oriented professionals to partner with in other to have a rich information based for any related questions, particularly on HIV/AIDS.

This is an interesting concept but would require discussions with the local mobile subscribers. Your location says Nigeria. You would have to start conversations with NiTel or MTN if you had to kick this off in Nigeria and I'm not sure how economical it would be.
But if you can market this correctly and have a VC funding you, then it's a mighty good business proposal if it kicks off well.
