Startup Contribution for Gogme Learning Alfa

Your Contribution of US$175 comprises of two parts: US$100 for the initial startup capital of the new business entity; US$75 collective fees for the nominee shareholder service and processing of business partnership agreement. To receive the discounted rate of US$75 for the collective fees, you have to pledge during the soft launch.

Collective Fees

The collective fees comprises of the following:-

1. Legal and administrative Fees

Legal and administrative Fees include costs to draft out and process the business partnership agreement.

2. Nominee Shareholder Service

We are able to provide the nominee shareholder service at a very low rate due to the economics of scale. There are no yearly fees for this service for a guarantee period of 2 years, from the third year we will review the continuation of the service.

For your information, a typical nominee shareholder service may cost up to US$200 a month. Most nominee shareholder services require a refundable deposit of up to US$3,000.

Voting Power and Profit Sharing

Each member is limited to contribute US$100 to the initial startup capital. Each US$100 of startup contribution carries one vote and one share of profit.
